This website is run by Oday Matour, Senior Sales Consultant at Capital Avenue Real Estate, Abu Dhabi. This policy explains what information is collected and how it is used.

What we collect

When you request the Area Playbook or contact us, we collect the details you give: your name, email address, WhatsApp number, property goal and budget range. We do not use advertising trackers or sell your data.

How we use it

Only to send you what you asked for and to contact you about Abu Dhabi property by email or WhatsApp. You can ask us to stop at any time.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are processed and stored by our hosting provider, Netlify, Inc., and may be transferred outside the UAE for that purpose. Messages you send on WhatsApp are handled under WhatsApp's own terms.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, by emailing oday.matour@hotmail.com. We aim to respond within 30 days, in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.
