Frequently asked questions
How much property do I need for a UAE Golden Visa?
At least AED 2 million in property in your name. The visa is valid for 10 years and renewable.
Does a mortgaged property count?
In Abu Dhabi, typically only your own capital counts: the amount paid outside the mortgage needs to reach AED 2 million.
Does off-plan property count?
Off-plan from an approved developer can qualify, typically once you have paid AED 2 million to the developer. Confirm your case with ICP or TAMM.
